It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Infuse Her World with Fantasy: Forest Magic

Step into a world where fairy tales spring to life. This Custom Fantasy Woman Portrait whisks her away to a magical forest, adorned with an ethereal glow and a crown worthy of an elven queen. Her photo transforms into a scene straight out of folklore, capturing the delicate yet powerful essence of a mythical heroine.

Perfect for dreamers and believers, this canvas is more than art—it's a gateway to her fantasies. The flowing dress and enchanted surroundings make it the ultimate gift for anyone who cherishes the allure of the extraordinary.

TL;DR: Transform her photo into an enchanted forest canvas, featuring a magical crown and whimsical setting—ideal for fantasy enthusiasts and dreamers.

Is she ready to step into a fantasy realm?

If she's the kind of person who loses herself in mystical novels or reveres the captivating worlds of fantasy films, this portrait fits her world. It's for the woman who yearns for the enchanting and whimsical. However, if she's more into modern minimalism, this might not align with her taste.

How does her portrait become a magical world?

We start with a photo you provide, which is then digitally transformed via AI face-swap technology to match our forest theme. After that, our artists refine the image, ensuring every enchanted detail is spot on. We sometimes discard about 1 in 12 generative attempts to maintain quality before printing on museum-grade canvas.

What sets this enchanted canvas apart?

Unlike generic art pieces, each of these canvases is a one-of-a-kind creation, meticulously designed to match her likeness and personality. They hold intrinsic value that mass-produced items can’t compete with, as they're retired to keep their rarity intact.
