I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Enchantment to Life in a Canvas

Welcome to a realm of enchantment and whimsy. Our 'Whimsical Ethereal Canvas' captures the essence of fantasy with an eye for detail that's as delicate as a fairy's touch. Imagine flowy gowns floating in celestial mist, backed by an aura that speaks of untold stories and magical dreams.

This offering is for those who live in daydreams, thrive on fantasy novels, and own shelves filled with curiosities. Gift it to someone who sees life as a never-ending journey into the realm of wonder.

TL;DR: A mystical custom fantasy portrait designed for women who immerse themselves in the realms of fairy tales and creativity. Transform her favorite photo into an ethereal canvas full of magical musings.

Who Would Want a Fantasy Portrait?

This portrait is ideal for women who lose themselves in fantasy novels, whether they're set in Tolkien's Middle-Earth or in imaginative realms of their own creation. Also perfect for creatives who see life as a canvas awaiting their unique stroke. However, it might not be for someone looking for stark realism or a more muted design.

Crafting the Perfect Fantasy Masterpiece

Your journey starts with the upload of a cherished photograph. Our artists use advanced AI face-swap technology to begin the transformation. This is then meticulously refined by our skilled artists until the fantasy vision springs to life on high-quality museum canvas. We take pride in discarding about 1 in 12 generations to ensure every creation is breathtakingly perfect.

What Sets This Fantasy Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic art prints, this portrait is not mass-produced. It's a bespoke creation, unique to the photograph you supply. Our 'Whimsical Ethereal Canvas' focuses on crafting an original, enchanting scene that won't be found anywhere else, keeping your portrait exclusive and special.
