It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Her Into an Underwater Royalty

Envision your daughter as a whimsical mermaid princess, surrounded by gentle sea creatures and glittering treasures under the ocean's surface. Our personalized canvas captures her imagination, painting a dreamy underwater scene that’s uniquely hers.

This piece isn’t just another print. It’s crafted to make her feel like she belongs amidst the waves, with colors that pop and details that dance with light, making it the perfect addition to her room.

TL;DR: Transform your child into a magical mermaid princess with our custom canvas portrait. Ideal for birthdays or decorating her room with a splash of fantasy.

Which Little Dreamers Make the Best Mermaids?

This portrait is a must for young girls who dream of living under the sea, surrounded by oceans' wonders. It’s ideal for birthdays, dream room makeovers, or simply igniting a child’s wild imagination. However, if your child isn’t into fantasy or magical themes, perhaps a Regal Horseback Rider Portrait might resonate more.

How Does Our Mermaid Magic Come to Life?

We begin by merging your photo with AI-powered magic to craft an initial layout, then our artists refine every whimsical detail — from shimmering scales to twinkling bubbles. We’re meticulous, discarding about 1 in 12 image creations to ensure nothing short of enchanting perfection. Finally, it's printed on a museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Custom Mermaid Artwork?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each portrait is a one-off creation tailored to your child’s unique likeness and personality. Our themes rotate every six months, preserving the allure of rarity that families love. Not quite her style? Check out our Whimsical Witch Portrait for another enchanting option.
