I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine Your Pup as a Castle Guardian

Set against a mystical castle backdrop, your canine companion dons a magical cape, ready to enchant anyone who gazes upon their portrait. This isn't just a tribute to your dog—it's a celebration of their imaginary escapades, captured forever on a museum-quality canvas.

The color palette, rich in starry blues and enchanted purples, sets the stage for your dog's transformation into a fantasy hero. Whether it’s their courageous bark or that loyal gaze, this portrait brings your pet's most grandiose persona to life.

TL;DR: A magical portrait for dogs who love the spotlight, turning your pet into a castle-dwelling hero. Ideal for fantasy-loving pet owners.

Is This Fantasy Portrait Right for Your Dog?

Ideal for dog owners who see their pets as little adventurers deserving of a quest, this portrait suits those who love storytelling and magical narratives. If you're into modernist decor, though, this might not vibe well with your aesthetic.

How Do We Create This Enchanted Pet Portrait?

Upload your dog's photo, and we'll start with AI-generated face-swapping to craft the fantasy narrative, followed by detailed artist refinement to meet our standards. Fun fact: About 1 in 12 images are discarded because the face lacks that perfect heroic touch.

Why Choose Our Fantasy Dog Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic pet portraits, this canvas puts your dog in a unique fantasy setting. Our limited-edition themes, rotated frequently, ensure your pet’s portrait remains a rare gem, unlike mass-produced alternatives.
