I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Imagine you and your partner depicted against lush backdrops, draped in elegant fur coats, surrounded by enchanted brick walls, and blooming flowers. Perfect for couples who daydream beyond reality's confines. This art isn't about capturing a moment; it's about capturing your imagination's wildest adventures. Ideal for making anniversaries or engagements feel truly magical.

TL;DR: For couples daring to dream, the Custom Fantasy Couple Portrait transforms your photo into an enchanting scene. An ideal gift for anniversaries, engagements, or any romantic celebration.

Which couples fit best in a Fantasy portrait?

This portrait is perfect for couples who see their love as an epic saga, those who enjoy fantasy tales, and anyone dreaming of a world where magic is real. If your partner couldn't care less about fantasy, you might want to explore something like our Whimsical Witch for a solo highlight.

What's involved in crafting your fantasy scene?

Your journey begins with uploading a favorite photo. Our system uses AI for an initial transformation, then an artist refines every detail to ensure realism meets fantasy. With an objective to delight, we reject about 1 in 12 renderings for perfection. Experience counts, and we've sent over 50,000 portraits worldwide.

Why is this portrait unlike any other couple's canvas?

This isn't a mass-produced print; it's a personal fantasy crafted just for you. Many competitors offer off-the-shelf designs, but our themes evolve constantly, making yours a rare collectible. Once a theme retires, it never returns.

Întrebări frecvente

What if I only have a low-quality photo? We always recommend using the highest quality photo you have. However, our artists can work magic even with less than ideal files. They'll do their best to enhance detail.
Can I change the faces after submission?Unfortunately, once your portrait enters production, we can't swap out faces. Be sure to select the photo you're happiest with initially.
Can I request specific background elements? Our process does include selecting from set backgrounds tailored to the fantasy theme. This keeps the integrity and style consistent across all artwork.
Is the frame included with the canvas?Frames aren't included, but our sturdy canvas wrap means you can display your piece with or without additional framing.
Pot vedea o previzualizare înainte de cumpărare?

Da. Încarcă fotografiile și creează o previzualizare gratuită pe această pagină înainte să decizi dacă dorești să comanzi. Crearea previzualizării nu necesită plată.
