I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Seize the Stadium Moment with Him

Envision your favorite rugby fanatic in a scene that captures the concentrated intensity of a match at twilight, stadium lights blazing and adrenaline surging. Every custom athlete portrait piques the imagination, turning your photo submission into a piece of heroic art worthy of his greatest athletic feats.

This isn’t just any canvas — it’s a museum-quality celebration of his dedication portrayed with a real rugby ball prop and the unmistakable details of his jersey. The kind of art he’d want hanging right above his personal trophy shelf.

TL;DR: Ideal for rugby players or fans, this custom portrait captures him as the heroic athlete he is, with authentic stadium energy. Perfect for birthdays, retirements, or any celebration of his athletic achievements.

Who's Ready to Be the Hero of the Match?

This canvas is a slam dunk for rugby fans and players, capturing the essence of his game-day heroics, whether it's for a birthday, retirement party, or just because. Not for those who shy away from the spotlight or prefer low-key gifts.

How Do We Capture the Game-Day Glory?

Your uploaded photo undergoes an initial AI transformation, swapping faces seamlessly in the chosen athlete theme. Our artists add the finishing touches — incorporating vibrant jersey details and dynamic stadium backgrounds. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 generations to ensure the face truly embodies the athletic spirit.

Why Choose This Rugby Portrait Over Any Other?

Unlike typical stock sports prints, this portrait is one-of-a-kind. It isn’t just a prop rugby ball — it’s his, captured in lifelike colors and textures. We retire the theme after a limited period, making each piece uniquely rare.

Can I swap faces after ordering?Unfortunately, once the AI starts rendering your portrait, face swaps aren't possible. Make sure you upload the right photo.
Is the jersey customizable? We incorporate realistic jersey details, though they're not customizable. The focus remains on the athlete with authentic elements.
What themes work alongside Rugby? If rugby's not the fit, consider our Heroic Cyclist Canvas for a different sporting flair.
