I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Will Love a Unicorn Portrait in Their Space?

This portrait is a match made in heaven for children enthralled by unicorn tales and colorful dreams. Parents seeking a whimsical element for nursery decor will cherish it. However, it's less suited for those preferring realism over fantasy in their art.

How is Our Unicorn Portrait Crafted with Care?

We start with your photo and use AI to seamlessly blend your loved one into this delightful scene. Our artists refine every detail, ensuring the unicorn and surroundings match the photo's expression and lighting. We discard about 1 in 12 versions to only showcase the perfect ones.

Why Choose Our Unicorn Portrait Over Any Other?

Unlike generic unicorn prints, ours is a custom one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Each portrait retires after six months to maintain exclusivity, giving you a piece not easily matched elsewhere. It's the touchstone of personalized magic.
