I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Your Wedding Day in Art

Picture this: Your wedding day, a symphony of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Now imagine those feelings preserved in a stunning custom portrait, ready to grace your walls. This is not just art; it's a tangible piece of your love story.

Our Wedding Celebration Portrait takes your cherished memories from a special day and transforms them into a unique masterpiece. Think elegant hues, detailed brushstrokes, and an unmistakable personal touch that makes your canvas one-of-a-kind. This artwork flatters couples looking to relive the magic of their vows, every day.

TL;DR: This canvas gift immortalizes wedding memories for couples who love personal touches. Ideal for newlyweds or anniversaries.

Do Wedding Portraits Suit Every Couple?

Perfect for newlyweds wanting a timeless piece commemorating their day, or couples celebrating a milestone anniversary. If you prefer abstract art or don't have a fondness for personal portraits, this might not be your choice.

How Do We Craft Your Wedding Portrait?

Start with your favorite wedding photo upload. We use an AI face-swap technique to ensure likeness, followed by our artists' hand-refinement for reality-defying detail. In keeping it top-tier, around 1 in 12 generations are discarded for unsatisfactory results.

Why Choose a Custom Wedding Canvas Over a Generic Print?

Unlike stock canvas prints, this piece is a bespoke creation. Faces are uniquely yours, and we update our themes every six months to maintain exclusivity. It's a product of love, for love.

Perguntas frequentes

What if my photo quality is low?Our artists do their best with low-quality photos, but for best results, we recommend a clear image. If it's too pixelated, we might reach out for a better one.
Can I swap faces after I've ordered?Changes can be made before production starts, but once it's in the works, we're locked in with what you've given us.
Is the canvas waterproof? The canvas itself isn't waterproof but it has a protective coating. Avoid direct contact with water.
Can the portrait include pets?Absolutely! A beloved pet can be part of your wedding legacy. Just let us know when uploading your photo.
Posso ver uma prévia antes de comprar?

Sim. Envie suas fotos e crie uma prévia gratuita nesta página antes de decidir se deseja comprar. Não é necessário pagar para criar a prévia.
