• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Will it really be our house?

That is the point: the painting follows your photo of the house, its shape, roof, brick or siding, windows and shutters, front door and porch, and the trees beside it. The season and the light come from the design. The free preview shows it before you pay, and an artist can adjust a detail before anything is printed.

Will it be her garden?

Yes: the beds, the paths, the fence, the arbour and the trees are painted where they are in your photo, all in full June bloom. Upload the house and garden on their own, and a second garden photo if you have one.

How many photos can I add?

Up to four photos reach the painting, the place included: a photo of two to four people counts as each of them, one photo of five or more counts as one, and a dog or cat added with “Add pet” counts as one. So the place + a photo of a couple + the dog is four. A bigger family fits best in one group photo of five or more.

Can someone who has passed be in it?

Yes. Add a clear photo of them like any other family photo: they are painted with everyone, at the age they are in that photo, and an old or black-and-white photo comes out in colour.

Can our dog or cat be in it?

Yes. Add a clear photo of the pet with “Add pet”: it is painted with the family, with its own markings. It counts as one of the four photos.
