You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Back in Time to Viking Legend

Immerse her in the legendary world of Vikings with a bespoke Nordic Shieldmaiden canvas. This portrait transports her into a realm where strength and grace unite, capturing her likeness against a backdrop of historic drapery and intricate swords. The cool shades of the Nordic palette lend authenticity, bringing a heroic yet feminine touch to your walls.

Unlike typical gifts, this portrait infuses personality and story into decor, making it a centerpiece that starts conversations and inspires countless tales around your living space. It suits the woman who cherishes uniqueness over the mundane—a piece of art as fierce and beautiful as she is.

TL;DR: Capture her essence as a Nordic Shieldmaiden on premium canvas—ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because she deserves to be a Viking legend.

Which Women Will Shine as a Shieldmaiden?

This portrait wins over women who love all things Viking and mythic history enthusiasts. Particularly popular for Mother's Day, it's also a hit for partners surprise-gifting those who admire Norse legends. Probably not the best pick if she's not into historical or fantasy themes—stick to more contemporary options if that's her style.

What's the Magic Behind Crafting This Portrait?

We start with your uploaded photo, passing it through a sophisticated AI face-swap that lays the groundwork. Our artists step in to add detail, employing techniques akin to classical painting to refine the look. It’s then printed on museum-quality canvas. While face alignment is crucial, Maya Chen, our head of production, shares that 1 in 12 images needs tweaks to ensure perfection.

Why Choose a Nordic Shieldmaiden Over Generic Art?

Your Nordic Shieldmaiden portrait isn’t just another canvas—it’s a personal saga. While generic prints lack individuality, ours features your specific likeness set within an exclusive, retired design. That means your piece maintains its rarity and is distinctively yours, unlike anything else out there.
