I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Great for parents wanting to showcase family milestones, pet lovers eager to immortalize their furry friends, or anyone seeking to capture life's precious moments in art. On the flip side, if someone prefers minimalist decor or is not into personalized artworks, this might not be their cup of tea.

The Craftsmanship Behind Your Personalized Canvas

We start by taking your uploaded photo and using AI face-swap technology for an initial transformation. This is followed by meticulous artist refinement to ensure every detail is perfect. Only high-quality results make it to the canvas. Our head of production, Maya, often discards 1 in 12 designs that don't meet our standards. The finished piece is printed on museum-quality canvas, ready to impress.

Why Choose Our Portraits Over Generic Alternatives?

Unlike generic canvas prints you find everywhere, this is a one-of-a-kind piece created just for you. We guarantee your theme won't be replicated endlessly, keeping your gift genuinely unique. Our themes are retired every six months to ensure rarity, setting you apart from the flood of mass-produced art.
