I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Made for those who want to celebrate their loved ones with elegance, our museum-quality canvas ensures your special moments are preserved with a touch of artistic mastery, much like the Custom Royal Pet Portrait.

TL;DR: This custom canvas portrait turns your favorite photo into an artistic masterpiece, making it a perfect gift for anniversaries, birthdays, and more.

Who Cherishes a Thoughtful Canvas Gift?

Perfect for anyone who treasures personalized and meaningful gifts. Ideal for those celebrating milestone events, such as anniversaries or big life changes. If you're someone who prefers digital gifts or instant keepsakes, this may not be your first choice.

From Photo to Art: The Magic Unveiled

We start by transforming your uploaded photo using advanced AI face-swapping technology, maintaining accuracy while infusing creativity. Our artists then refine the image, rejecting about 1 in 12 for perfection, before printing on museum-grade canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on nothing less than vibrancy in every brushstroke.

Why This Portrait Stands Above the Rest

Unlike generic prints that can be found everywhere, our portraits are unique to you, guaranteeing a personal touch. Each theme is limited in time to maintain exclusivity, much like the fleeting beauty of hand-painted art.
