I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Her Photo into Royal Elegance

Envision opulence: your loved one adorned in layers of exquisite fabric, an elegant tiara resting on her brow, enveloped in the aura of a grand palace. This isn't just a gift — it's an escape to an era of majesty.

Perfect for those who adore the splendor of historic architecture, our royal portraits capture more than just a likeness; they embody a legacy. Whether she's steeped in historical romance or simply enjoys a lavish lifestyle, this artwork speaks volumes.

TL;DR: This regal woman portrait transforms a photo into a Royal-era canvas, perfect for celebrating milestones like her birthday or anniversary. An ideal choice for women who cherish luxury and timeless elegance.

Is This Portrait Fit for Your Queen?

This portrait is perfect for women who appreciate the finer things in life — think elegant balls, historical novels, or period dramas. If she's got a taste for Jane Austen or Bridgerton vibes, this is her canvas. It's not for those who prefer minimalism or modern art styles — spare her the discomfort.

How Do We Craft Your Royal Masterpiece?

Your journey to royalty starts with a photo upload. Our AI seamlessly captures the essence of your subject, laying the foundation. Real artists step in to refine every detail, ensuring faces align perfectly with their regal attire. Interestingly, we do discard about 1 in 12 attempts when the magic isn't quite there, guaranteeing only the best makes it to the canvas.

What Sets This Royal Portrait Apart?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, this portrait isn't just any piece of art. It's exclusively yours, designed from scratch to match the elegance and grace of historical royalty. Each theme is retired after just six months, maintaining its allure and rarity for your queen.
