It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Royal Ballroom Dream

Imagine a night of grandeur, draped in finery, as you and your partner glide across the ballroom floor. A custom portrait that captures this regal elegance, with chandeliers casting a warm glow and an orchestra setting the scene. This is a moment frozen in time, destined to become an heirloom.

Perfect for those looking to relive an elegant, timeless moment, this canvas places you amid the splendor of a royal ballroom. Whether it’s for your anniversary or a milestone event, step into history together and let your portrait tell a story of grace and style.

TL;DR: Capture the grace and elegance of a royal ballroom dance in a custom canvas portrait—ideal for milestone celebrations and those yearning for a touch of regal enchantment.

Which couples fit the royal ballroom vibe?

Perfect for couples who cherish history, dance enthusiasts, or anyone wanting to relive a fairy-tale moment. It's especially suited for celebrations of enduring love. Honestly, if you're into grunge or modern minimalism, this might not be your top pick.

How are these elegant portraits crafted?

Your uploaded photo undergoes an AI face-swap process, seamlessly integrating your likeness into a royal ballroom scene. Our artists carefully refine each piece to ensure your features shine. Fun fact: we have to discard around 1 in 12 portraits due to artist pickiness over perfection.

What sets this royal canvas apart?

This isn't just a generic canvas—it's your unique moment in history. We retire themes like this after only 500 pieces are sold, ensuring exclusivity and a limited edition feel. Unlike others, our art resonates with your personal style, not mass production.
