It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Should Consider a Jungle Adventure Transformation?

How We Capture Your Jungle Essence

Your Jungle Man portrait starts with your uploaded photo, which undergoes a meticulous AI face-swap process. Our artists refine each detail, ensuring the jungle seamlessly embraces your visage. We discard around 1 in 12 images where the integration doesn’t meet our high standards. Finally, your unique piece is printed on museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Jungle Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Jungle Man portrait ensures a unique narrative; it's your face, your adventure. We retire each theme after six months, keeping your artwork exclusive and fresh.
