It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Elevate Romance with Whimsical Halloween Canvas

Picture this: the gentle glow of candlelight casting shadows over enchanting costumes, topped off with whimsical hats. Our Custom Halloween Couple Portrait captures the playful magic of October nights, with your unique love elevated into a bewitching masterpiece.

For couples who want to intertwine romance and festivity, this canvas gives you both. Bring that charmingly eerie glow of Halloween into your home, captured on a museum-quality piece.

TL;DR: A museum-quality canvas capturing your love story in whimsical Halloween costumes—perfect for couples who embrace the festival's playful magic.

Is this Halloween portrait your love story?

Couples seeking a whimsical blend of romance and Halloween festivity will adore this. It's perfect for those who love quirky costumes and magical atmospheres. Not ideal for minimalist couples who shy away from seasonal themes.

How do we enchant your love story?

Your provided photo undergoes a seamless AI face-swap, placing you into our themed Halloween scene. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures each generation is refined by an artist, maintaining a high standard. If an image doesn't align, it's out—we discard roughly 1 in 12 to maintain perfection.

Why are THESE Halloween portraits spookier?

Unlike other canvases, our portraits are one-of-one creations that capture your essence beautifully, and we retire each theme to keep it rare. Here, your special connection takes center stage amid whimsical Halloween artistry.
