It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who’s this Med Grad Portrait Perfect For?

Tailored for those stepping triumphantly into the medical field, this portrait suits recent grads of med school proud of their accomplishment. How Do We Craft Your Medical Hero Canvas?

We start with your photo, allowing AI to elegantly swap your face into a heroic setting, complemented by symbols of your achievement. Then, our artists meticulously refine details to honor your unique journey. Surprisingly, 1 in 12 generations don't make the cut, all in pursuit of canvas perfection.

Why Choose Our Graduation Canvas Over a Generic Print?

This isn’t a stock image that you can find on a discount site. It’s handcrafted to be a one-of-a-kind keepsake, designed specifically for you. Unlike generic canvases, we retire themes to maintain exclusivity, ensuring that your medical triumph remains a unique highlight.
