I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture the Moonlit Magic: Your Fantasy Portrait Awaits

With glowing hands illuminating the realm of magic, our Fantasy Woman Portrait invites you into a dreamy night sky filled with celestial moons and twinkling stars. It’s an ethereal experience, draped in a flowing dress that captures the imagination and the heart.

This portrait is perfect for those who dwell in possibility — the romantics, the dreamers — anyone who sees the extraordinary within the ordinary. It's all about immersing yourself in the whimsical world of wonder where every gaze tells a mystical story.

TL;DR: This is a custom fantasy portrait tailored for women who love the celestial and mystical. Featuring a night sky with glowing elements, it's ideal for birthdays or personal milestones.

Could These Celestial Portraits Be Your Perfect Gift?

Ideal for dreamers aiming to capture their inner mystique, especially those enchanted by fantasy books or films, and anyone looking to immortalize a sense of wonder. It's less suited for folks who prefer minimalist décor or practical gifts.

From Ordinary Photos to Starry Fantasy: How We Do It

Your photo undergoes an AI-driven face swap, setting the stage for our artists to refine the portrait. We aim for magic, but around 1 in 12 initial attempts don’t capture the essence and get discarded. Then, a museum-grade canvas brings it all together.

Why Our Whimsical Moon & Stars Canvas Stands Apart

Unlike mass-produced wall art, this one-of-a-kind piece mirrors your uniqueness. With verdant hues under a moonlit sky, each portrayal retires after six months, ensuring exclusivity. It's your celestial moment, preserved.
