It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let Your Boy Saddle Up for the Wild West

What boy hasn't dreamt of being a cowboy, galloping through golden deserts at sunset? Our Cowboy Portrait lets your child star in his very own Wild West adventure, complete with a trusty steed and a legendary hat.

Set against a vivid backdrop of endless frontier, this portrait immortalizes that adventurous spark. Whether it's the backdrop of a playroom or the centerpiece of his bedroom, it's a keepsake that pays tribute to his unbridled imagination.

TL;DR: A cowboy portrait made for adventurous boys, turning any photo into a Wild West scene complete with hats and horses. Ideal for boys' rooms or as a gift for young frontier enthusiasts.

Which Boys Will Love Becoming Cowboy Legends?

It's perfect for boys ages 5-12 who fantasize about the Wild West. Parents often choose this as a birthday surprise or as a reward for milestones. However, it's not for kids who prefer the comforts of modern city life—this is for the bold, adventurous sort.

How Do We Bring the Wild West to Life?

We start with a high-quality photo and use AI for an initial face swap. Then our talented artists step in, refining every detail until it captures your child's adventurous spirit. About 1 in 12 are redone to ensure every piece meets our exacting standards, as shared by our head of production, Maya Chen.

Why Choose Our Cowboy Portraits Over Generic Prints?

Unlike mass-produced cowboy posters, each portrait is meticulously customized to feature your child's likeness. We introduce new themes every six months to maintain exclusivity, creating a genuine one-of-one art piece.
