It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Holiday Magic with Your Favorite Golden

Imagine your beloved golden retriever cavorting in a dreamy winter wonderland. Pine trees dusted with snow, a cozy cabin backdrop, and your furry friend adorned in a festive bandana bring out the joy of the season.

Crafted with AI magic, each custom Christmas portrait captures your pet's unique personality and charm, making it a cherished seasonal delight for dog-loving homes.

TL;DR: Turn your golden retriever into the centerpiece of a winter wonderland with a custom Christmas portrait—ideal for dog lovers aiming for festive decor.

Which Dog Lovers Find Obsession in This Snowy Scene?

For golden retriever enthusiasts wanting to highlight their pup's holiday spirit, this portrait is a winner. Those who cherish personalized holiday decor will find this appealing. However, if minimalism is your jam, this might be too festive for your space.

How Do We Make Your Pup a Christmas Legend?

Your uploaded photo gets a magical makeover beginning with AI face-swap, followed by artist refinement to keep the essence intact. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding about 1 in 12 face generations to ensure the perfect capture, before printing on museum-grade canvas.

What Sets This Holiday Portrait Apart From the Pack?

Unlike mass-produced pet posters, this canvas is a singular masterpiece. We retire each scene after a short run, making your golden's snowy escapade an heirloom in its own right.
