It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Craft Your Own Legendary Woman Knight Story

Step into a scene where valor meets elegance with our Woman Knight in Shining Armor portrait. Her armor glistens under the golden sun as she stands resolutely next to her steadfast white steed. This isn't just a picture; it's a declaration of her strength and poise, perfect for the courageous woman who defies odds.

The rich details, from the shimmering mail to the proud, noble steed, are carefully crafted to transform any woman into her heroic, historical persona. Let her be the knight of her own story, where the past's battles pave the way for today's victories.

TL;DR: A striking custom portrait portraying a woman knight, ideal for celebrating her strength and grace on occasions like birthdays or Mother's Day.

Is this the right portrait for her?

Perfect for women who find inspiration in tales of courage and honor, making it a wonderful gift for a wife, mother, or girlfriend who's always been your personal hero. Not recommended for those whose style leans more towards modern or minimalist art themes.

What's the process for personalizing her portrait?

Simply upload your photo and receive a free personalized preview before making a decision. Review it, make any desired adjustments, and see your unique portrait come to life without any upfront commitments.

Why choose this over a typical knight portrait?

Unlike generic knight portraits, this one captures the essence of female power while showcasing individual beauty and strength. A nod to both medieval times and contemporary empowerment.
