It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Love in Timeless Western Style

Capture the charm of the Old West with a Western Vintage Custom Portrait. Set in a cozy bar with classic cars and string lights, this canvas brings a nostalgic, rustic feel to any room. Imagine sharing a moment at a wooden bar under twinkling lights—exactly the vibe we've bottled up for you.

It's perfect for couples who have shared a lifetime of adventures. Don this canvas on your wall and dive back into the heart of Americana with every glance. The muted palette complements any decor while the rustic details make your love story the centerpiece.

TL;DR: Turn a cherished photo into a Western Vintage canvas—ideal for couples who love the charm of the Old West, perfect for anniversaries or retirement milestones.

What kind of couples shine in a vintage Western vibe?

Ideal for couples who relish in nostalgia and rustic aesthetics, especially if they've walked the dusty trails together or celebrated love stories in Old West fashion. If your partner's favorite movies are spaghetti Westerns or they dream of Route 66, this portrait will surely impress. However, it might not resonate with those seeking modern or ultra-minimalist art.

How do these Western portraits take shape?

Your uploaded photo undergoes a digital transformation using AI technology, integrating your faces into a hand-crafted Western scene. Our head of production, Maya, ensures only the best likeness makes it through—around 1 in 12 images is discarded to guarantee accuracy. Finally, artists refine every detail before it's printed on museum-quality canvas.

Why is this Western Vintage portrait unlike others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait offers a unique vintage Western theme—a collaboration of AI precision and human artistry. Each theme is retired after six months, securing its exclusivity. Emphasizing truly custom art, these aren't off-the-shelf pieces but personal tributes to your one-of-a-kind love story.
