It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into a Western Dreamscape

Imagine your loved one astride a gallant horse, a desert sunset casting warm, golden hues. The rigid contour of a cowboy hat frames their face as they embody the spirit of the endearing Wild West. This isn't just a picture; it's a vivid journey to a time of unbridled adventure.

Our Western-themed custom portrait brings a touch of rustic charm into any home, designed especially for those who've ever dreamed of the open plains. It celebrates the adventurous soul who appreciates fine art and a splash of history.

TL;DR: This Western-themed portrait transforms your photo into a dynamic piece of art for cowboy enthusiasts or Western film buffs, perfect for birthdays or nostalgia trips.

Which cowboy enthusiasts will love this?

Ideal for those with a love for Western films and horse rides, this portrait caters especially to anyone dreaming of frontier adventures, from Old West admirers to history buffs. Maybe skip this one if baroque elegance is more your style—our Royal Portrait might be a better fit.

How do we craft your Western portrait?

It begins with your uploaded photo, which we adeptly modify using AI face-swapping technology, ensuring authenticity in capturing spirit. Our artists refine the digital sketch before we print it on premium museum-quality canvas. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 drafts to get the perfect look for your Western persona.

Why choose our Western portrait over a generic print?

Unlike ordinary stock prints, our Western portrait is a true one-of-one creation. The delicate craftsmanship and temporary availability of each theme mean what you get is as unique as a tumbleweed in the desert, enhancing its rarity.
