It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture the Joy of New Beginnings

Welcoming a new life into the world is a momentous occasion, and our Welcome Baby Announcement Canvas is designed to capture that joy. Think soft fields of pastel tones, gentle curves of loving arms, and the serene gaze of a new mother.

This theme flatters anyone celebrating their journey into parenthood, pairing beautifully with the warmth of nursery walls or the elegance of a living room setting.

TL;DR: The Welcome Baby Announcement Canvas is a personalized portrait perfect for new parents celebrating the arrival of their little one. Ideal for a nursery or living room.

Who is the Welcome Baby Canvas perfect for?

This portrait is a brilliant fit for new parents and grandparents eager to capture the innocence and raw beauty of a newborn. It's not ideal for those seeking a bold, modern statement piece; the charm here lies in its gentle elegance and warmth.

How is the Welcome Baby Canvas crafted?

The magic begins with a photo of your newborn, which gets run through our sophisticated AI face-swap technology. Our artists then refine the output, ensuring every mother's gaze and every tiny hand is perfectly rendered. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 generations don’t meet our standards, ensuring only the best make it through to production.

What sets this Baby Canvas apart from the rest?

Unlike generic baby prints, our canvas is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, infused with personal touches like the baby's name and birth details. We even retire themes regularly to maintain the exclusivity and value of each unique piece.
