It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who finds beauty in watercolour birth flowers?

This portrait is a hit among nature lovers and those who value sentimental gifts. It's perfect for individuals celebrating birthdays or anniversaries who resonate with personal symbolism like birth flowers. However, if you're more into bold, contemporary art with an extravagant splash of colors, this might not be your vibe.

What sets our birth flower portraits apart?

What truly sets our watercolour birth flower portraits apart is the seamless blend of your unique photo with delicate botanical artistry. Rather than a simple replication, this piece adds a touch of tranquility with its soft color palette, capturing the essence of both person and flower. It's not about just seeing; it's about feeling the warmth of personal and intimate artistry.
