It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This isn't just a picture; it's a ticket to a different era, where you're the star of a chillingly glamorous tale. The soft crackle of a black-and-white film reel, the elegance of a bygone vampire romance — all captured on canvas just for you.

Perfect for those who thrill at the sight of old movie marquees and monochrome masterpieces, this portrait style drapes you and your partner in gothic glory. Expect deep hues, lush textures, and a sense of mystery that suits Halloween fanatics or anniversary gifts kissed by the moonlight.

TL;DR: Capture your vampire fantasy on a vintage movie poster canvas, perfect for horror enthusiasts and nostalgic film fans looking to immortalize special moments.

Who's ready to become a vintage vampire?

This portrait is tailor-made for fans of vintage horror films and anyone dreaming of starring in their own monster movie. If your idea of a good time is curling up with Dracula or attending every horror festival, this is your canvas. Probably avoid this one if you don't care for classic vampire tales or dark themes.

How do we create your vampire transformation?

Uploading your chosen photo is the first step toward vampire immortality. You'll generate a free preview without needing to pull out your card — see your transformation before deciding to order. Once approved, your likeness is rendered onto a high-quality museum canvas in stunning detail.

What sets our vampire portraits apart?

Unlike generic portrait styles, this one indulges in the passion for vintage aesthetics and classic monster motifs. Expect intricately designed gothic frames and deep, shadowy contrasts that pull you into another world. It's not just a portrait; it's a full-on movie experience.
