It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into the Elegance of a Victorian Estate

Step into the elegance of a time when carriages roamed the streets, and parlors were the heart of the home. Our Victorian Family Estate Custom Portrait invites your loved ones into a world of unmatched elegance, where each member’s portrait becomes a statement of history and charm.

Bathed in the opulent hues of a bygone era, this portrait captures the essence of Victorian sophistication. Ideal for families that cherish an old-world aesthetic, it's a perfect gift for anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or simply to honor a family’s legacy.

TL;DR: Honor your family's legacy with our Victorian Family Estate Custom Portrait, perfect for anniversaries or any milestone occasion.

Is Your Family Ready for a Victorian Makeover?

This portrait is a hit among families who find joy in the splendor of bygone eras — couples celebrating their silver or golden anniversaries, or parents wanting to immortalize the familial hierarchy. However, it might not be the best choice if your family's more into modern minimalism than historic grandeur.

Crafting Your Victorian Masterpiece: How We Do It

Your journey into Victorian elegance starts with uploading your favorite family photo. Our proprietary AI first matches faces with precision, capturing the essence of each family member. Then, our skilled artists refine these digital blueprints, ensuring no details are lost. Fun fact: approximately 1 in 12 'almost there' drafts don't make the final production cut for quality assurance, guaranteeing an heirloom-worthy piece on thick, museum-quality canvas.

Why Our Victorian Portraits Stand Out

Unlike those generic family photos or off-the-shelf prints, this is all about singularity. Every Victorian Family Estate Custom Portrait is a one-of-one, bringing out the individual likeness of your family in the historical grandeur. Plus, we retire and refresh themes regularly to maintain exclusivity — ensuring your portrait remains as unique as your family story.
