It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive into a Deep-Sea Love Fantasy

Imagine the glistening fins of a merman and the enchanting aura of a mermaid dancing around vibrant coral reefs, playful fishes, and a radiant rainbow. That's exactly what the Underwater Romance Custom Portrait delivers—a fantasy masterpiece that gives your love story an ethereal splash.

Ideal for couples yearning for the magical touch, the rich blues and turquoise undertones make every detail pop on canvas, bringing your photo to life in a way you've never seen before.

TL;DR: This Underwater Romance Custom Portrait is perfect for couples who cherish fantasy and want to immortalize their love with a mermaid and merman theme. Excellent for anniversaries or Valentine's gifts.

What dreamy couples dive into underwater portraits?

If you're a couple enchanted by the mystical allure of the sea, this underwater fantasy is your canvas. It's perfect for anniversaries, especially the fifth one, symbolizing depth and resiliency. However, if ocean life or fantasy themes don't resonate, consider a Regal Horseback Rider piece for a different vibe.

How do we craft your underwater utopia?

Start by uploading your favorite photo. Our AI technology seamlessly blends your faces into a fantasy underwater world. Our artists then refine every detail, focusing on textures like shimmering scales and detailed coral reefs. Our head of production, Maya Chen, notes we discard about 1 in 12 pieces that don’t meet our stringent aesthetic standards.

Why is our underwater portrait a splash above the rest?

Unlike ordinary fantasy canvases, this portrait doesn't just hang on your wall—it tells a personal story of you and your beloved as transformed sea beings, accompanied by rainbows and mesmerizing marine life. Plus, we refresh our themes bi-annually to ensure uniqueness.
