I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrating who she has become

The sash, painted: she wears a silver sequined gown and an ivory satin sash embroidered in gold with her age and "& FABULOUS", a big bouquet of peonies in her arm and warm party lights behind her.

She is painted as she is today: her own face, her own hair, her own age. The glamour is in the gown and the light, not in making her someone else.

TL;DR: The sash, painted: she wears a silver sequined gown and an ivory satin sash embroidered in gold with her age and "& FABULOUS", a big bouquet of peonies in her arm and warm party lights behind her. Free preview from one photo; her age typed in.

Who it is for

For a woman turning 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90: a gift from her husband, her children, her girlfriends or her sister, or a portrait she gives herself to mark the year.

How it is made

Upload one clear photo of her, type her age and, if you like, her gown, necklace or flowers. The free preview paints her into the design. When you order, an artist checks the portrait, and you see the artwork and can ask for changes before it is printed.

Why it is hers, not a template

Her face, hair and glasses come from her photo, and you type her age into the design. You can describe her gown colours, the necklace she always wears and her favourite cake or flowers, and you see all of it in the free preview before you pay.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Will she look like herself?Yes. She is painted from your photo, so her face, features, hair colour, glasses and age carry over: she is painted as she is today, not made younger. Use a clear, well-lit photo where her face is easy to see. The free preview shows the result before you pay anything.
How does her age get into the painting?Type the number (just the number, for example 60) and the preview paints it embroidered on the satin sash, before & FABULOUS. Any age works: 40, 50, 65, 75, 90.
Can it be her gown, her necklace, her favourite flowers?Yes, in words. Describe her gown colours, the necklace she always wears or her favourite cake or flowers in the optional boxes, and the preview paints them in. For any other detail, leave a note with your order: an artist reads it before printing.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. An artist checks every portrait, and you see the artwork and can ask for changes before it is printed.
Will it arrive in time for her birthday? The digital file is available right after checkout, so there is always a same-day option. For the canvas, your live delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.
