I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who’s the Royal Mother and Children Portrait Perfect For?

This portrait is perfect for moms who adore historical elegance and want to cherish family moments in a uniquely regal way. It's splendid for families that appreciate luxury and want to create an heirloom. If ultra-modern and abstract styles are more your taste, this might not be your ideal choice.

How We Craft Your Royal Family Portrait

Our process begins with you uploading a cherished photo. Using advanced AI, we intricately blend your family’s likeness with royal elements, before our artists refine the image by hand for a museum-quality finish. It's worth noting that about 1 in 12 images don't make the cut due to mismatched lighting.

Why Choose Our Royal Portrait Over Generic Prints?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait is a bespoke piece, tailor-made for your family. We retire themes after 6 months, ensuring each design remains exclusive. Our focus on detail and personal touch sets us apart, guaranteeing a piece that speaks to the heart.
