It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your New Pup’s Forever Home on Canvas

Welcoming a new rescue dog into your home is a moment filled with boundless joy and wagging tails. Our 'Rescue Dog Forever Home Gift' beautifully captures these precious emotions. A vibrant and personalized custom portrait, it's a heartfelt homage to your pooch's unique journey to their forever family.

Infused with warm tones and a lively palette, this canvas is designed to complement both your joyful pet and your living space. It's the perfect artwork for the walls of devoted dog parents who want a daily reminder of their four-legged friend's new beginning.

TL;DR: A custom canvas portrait for pet lovers celebrating their dog's adoption. Perfect for gotcha days and pet anniversaries.

Is this Rescue Dog Portrait a good fit for your space?

This portrait is cherished by pet lovers celebrating their dog's gotcha day or simply the joy of having a furry family member. Whether you're a new rescue dog parent or celebrating the anniversary of adoption, this artwork speaks to you. But honestly, if you're seeking edgy abstract art, this may not be your style.

How do we create your Rescue Pet's portrait?

From photo to canvas, the process begins with you uploading your favorite picture of your pup. Our AI handles the initial face-swap, capturing the essence of your dog. Then, skilled artists step in for refinement, ensuring your pet's personality shines through. About 1 in 12 versions doesn't make the cut due to face alignment issues — quality first!

What sets this Rescue Pet canvas apart?

Unlike typical dog portraits that can be generically mass-produced, our canvas is a one-of-one creation. Each piece is tailored to reflect your specific pet's quirks and charm. We frequently update themes to keep each offering unique, unlike others that recycle designs.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.
