It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate the Rescue: A Portrait for Your Feline

A cat isn't just a pet; it's a feeling that purrs and nuzzles its way into your heart. Our Rescue Cat Forever Home Portrait captures that unique bond in a photoreal masterpiece, set against a backdrop that brings your cat's personality and story to life. Reflecting their journey, this piece is perfect for proud parents of rescues.

With its lifelike detail and the option for heart-melting customization, this portrait becomes an homage to the four-legged family member who found and filled a forever home. It's more than art; it's a centerpiece that shares tales of tails.

TL;DR: This custom rescue cat portrait is for proud cat parents who've adopted and want to celebrate their feline friend's journey, set on a high-quality museum canvas.

Who's Creating Memories with Their Rescue Cat in These?

If you've recently adopted a rescue and want to immortalize their journey, this portrait is your go-to choice. It's also great for those who have nurtured a feline friend through the years and want a loving reminder of shared moments. We admit, if your home décor screams ultra-modern, these cozy and nostalgic tones might not fit.

How Do We Bring Your Rescue Cat's Story to Life on Canvas?

We transform your beloved cat's photo, starting with an AI-assisted face swap to maintain personality, followed by expert touches from our artists to ensure authenticity. Our head of production, Maya, believes in starting fresh with each portrait, discarding about 1 in 12 creations where the face doesn't lock perfectly. The results? A lifelike museum quality you can trust.

Why Choose This Portrait Over Other Pet Canvases?

This isn't just a stock pet canvas. Your cat's unique likeness shines through, creating a one-of-a-kind portrait as unique as your bond. Unlike generic options, we retire our themes after just six months, maintaining an exclusive and personal touch.
