It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into a Regency Holiday Wonderland

Transport your family to a Regency-era Christmas with our custom portrait, where the warmth of old-world holiday traditions meets personalized elegance. Perfect for those who adore the grace of Austen-esque gatherings, your home becomes a scene from history.

The rich textures and soft color palette of this piece whisper a story of festive elegance, where every face is captured in authentic Regency attire. Whether it's grandma as the matriarch or the kids in charming Christmas outfits, this portrait radiates a nostalgic glow.

TL;DR: Our Regency Christmas family portrait transforms your loved ones into the stars of a classic holiday gathering. Ideal for families who cherish nostalgia and elegance during festive occasions.

Which Families Shine in a Regency Holiday Setting?

Perfect for families who find joy in historical films and literature like those of Jane Austen's era, embracing the charm and poise of Regency fashion. Youngsters may not fully appreciate the subtlety of this vibe, so it’s not the best choice for those seeking modern flair.

How We Craft Your Regency Holiday Keepsake

Each portrait begins with your photo upload. AI technology crafts an initial Regency transformation. Our head of production, Maya, then oversees artists who ensure every detail reflects authentic holiday charm. Interestingly, about 1 in 15 initial versions don't fit our strict standards and are reworked to perfection.

What Sets This Regency Portrait Apart From Others?

Unlike generic historical portraits, our Regency Christmas edition takes you right into a scene of joyous regality. Each theme is retired after six months, ensuring exclusivity and adding a touch of rarity to your gift.
