It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Crown Her Majesty with Regal Elegance

In the grand halls of royalty, where every detail sparkles with opulence, our Queen of the Court Custom Portrait finds its perfect setting. This is no ordinary portrait. The luxurious drapery of a bygone era and the allure of timeless jewels transform your loved one into the queen she's always been.

With deep royal purples, rich golds, and an elegant backdrop fit for a monarch, this canvas radiates majesty. Whether for a milestone birthday or Mother's Day, this piece enchants those who appreciate the finer things in life.

TL;DR: The Queen of the Court Custom Portrait is ideal for those who deserve a touch of nobility and regality. Perfect for mothers, grandmothers, or any woman stepping into a new chapter in life.

Who truly shines as the Queen of the Court?

This portrait is perfect for moms who hold their family like a court, women who appreciate luxe touches, and anyone celebrating significant milestones. If simplicity is preferred over ornate elegance, this might not be their best match.

What goes into crafting her courtly portrait?

We start by transforming your uploaded photo using AI-driven face-swap technology, followed by meticulous detailing by our artists. Surprisingly, 1 in 12 generations doesn't make the cut due to facial misalignment. The result is an exquisite one-of-a-kind canvas printed with top-tier museum quality.

Why this portrait elevates personalized gifting

Unlike generic prints that lack personality, each of our portraits is a bespoke masterpiece, detailed down to the jewels. With themes retired after six months, you’ll own something as rare as it is beautiful, making your portrait a true exclusive in the royal gallery of gifts.
