It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Memories into Elegant Canvas Art

Gone are the days of traditional photos! Bring your special moments to life on a museum-quality canvas, perfect for those who appreciate sophisticated artistry. With a focus on capturing the essence of your loved ones, each canvas tells a unique story, hanging as a timeless piece in your home.

Matching the colors and mood to suit any setting, these portraits serve as a piece of art that not only showcases the subjects but celebrates their spirit. Ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions — let your snapshots become treasured keepsakes.

TL;DR: Tailored for art lovers who value elegance, this custom canvas turns your photo into a personalized masterpiece, making it the ultimate gift for special occasions and sophisticated interiors.

Who loves a fine art canvas portrait?

This canvas is perfect for those with an appreciation for fine art and thoughtful gifts. Whether it’s for a couple celebrating a milestone anniversary, or an individual marking a significant life achievement, this canvas can be tailored to fit the moment. However, if you're looking for something a little more playful, the Superhero Woman Portrait might just add that whimsical touch.

How is your photo turned into canvas art?

The process begins with your uploaded photo, which is then passed through an AI face-swap technology, ensuring a precise base image. Our artists refine this further, instilling it with artistic flair before printing it onto museum-grade canvas. Our head of production, Maya, insists on a perfection threshold — discarding about 1 in 12 drafts to ensure every piece meets our premium standards.

Why choose this custom canvas over others?

Unlike generic art prints, this canvas is a one-of-a-kind creation. Each portrait is uniquely yours, with a personal touch that reflects your story. Crafted using high-end canvas, it becomes more than just decor — it’s a personal gallery piece. If the elegant touch of our canvas speaks to you, perhaps further delight in our Royal Pet Cat Portrait, offering a regal charm.
