I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who’s Ready to Sail the Seven Seas in Portrait Form?

This portrait is perfect for dads who grew up idolizing Jack Sparrow, kids dreaming of treasure islands, and couples who share a love for Caribbean tales. On the contrary, it might not be the best fit for those who prefer staying on the shore rather than sailing into the unknown.

How Do We Make You the Captain of Your Canvas?

We start by expertly blending your uploaded photo with a pirate theme using cutting-edge AI face-swapping. Our artists then refine the details, ensuring every canvas looks its best. This means we discard about 1 in 12 initial runs to preserve quality. Finally, it’s printed and hand-stretched on museum-grade canvas, ready to impress.

What Sets Our Pirate Portraits Apart?

Unlike generic prints, our Pirate Portrait is personalized just for you — a one-of-a-kind creation that won’t be found elsewhere. We rotate our themes every 6 months to ensure each design remains exclusive and never over-saturated.
