It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Photos into Royal Memories

Imagine the soft murmur of a fountain and the gentle rustling of treetops. The Palace Garden Duchess Portrait captures the opulence of a regal garden, framing your loved ones with historic elegance. Not just a picture, but a moment steeped in the grace and grandeur of bygone eras — this is a gift that whispers sophistication.

This portrait's palette of lush greens and soft pastels conjures an aristocratic ambiance, draping your own likeness (or a loved one's) with the nobility of a duchess. It's like placing yourself in a 19th-century masterpiece, overlooking a dreamy estate, filled with the subtle fragrances of roses and lavender.

TL;DR: The Palace Garden Duchess portrait is perfect for those who adore historical elegance. Ideal for anniversaries or reflecting on a milestone birthday.

Who Might Feel at Home as a Garden Duchess?

This portrait is tailored for those who cherish the timeless grace of royal aesthetics, particularly appealing to fans of historical romance or period dramas. A great choice for milestone anniversaries or birthdays for anyone dreaming of a noble heritage. It might not suit those who prefer modern, minimalist styles.

How We Craft Your Regal Garden Portrait

It all starts with your uploaded photo. With AI face-swap technology, we lay your likeness into a duchess figure, then our artists hand-refine the details. Our head of production, Maya, ensures that each canvas meets our standards, discarding 1 in 12 generations if the integration isn't seamless. The result? A stunning historical piece tailored just for you.

Why Choose This Over a Generic Duchess Portrait?

Unlike generic portraits that feel mass-produced, every Palace Garden Duchess canvas is a bespoke creation. We retire this theme every six months to maintain exclusivity, ensuring that your artwork isn't just another piece found elsewhere. Each portrait is a one-of-a-kind glimpse into a romanticized past.
