What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Will it really be our house?

That is the point: the painting follows your photo of the house, its shape, roof, brick, stone or siding, windows and shutters, front door and porch, the garage and the trees beside it. The season and the light come from the design. The free preview shows it before you pay, and an artist can adjust a detail before anything is printed.

What can the line say?

Whatever you type, in one line under the house, like Our First Home · 14 Birch Lane · 2026. Tick “I don’t want any name or text” for none.

Can we use the listing photo?

Yes, it is the best photo for this: bright, straight and with nobody in front of the house. A phone photo from the sidewalk works too. If your only photo has the two of you standing in front of the house, use it for the people and find another for the house: a photo with two to four people is split into separate people when you upload it, and the house is left behind.

Can a real-estate agent order it as a closing gift?

Yes. Upload the listing photo of the house on its own, then the clients’ photo, type their names and the month, and see the free preview. At checkout the canvas can be shipped to you or straight to them, and the digital file is ready right after checkout.
