It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Baby’s Arrival with Celestial Beauty

Embrace the ethereal beauty of your newborn with a canvas that captures their angelic presence beneath a dreamy moonlit sky. This Moon and Stars portrait rests your baby on a celestially-inspired backdrop, where twinkling stars softly illuminate their innocent expression.

Each portrait is bathed in gentle moonlight hues, offering a serene ambiance perfect for a nursery setting. Imagine the soft glow settling into your baby's room, turning it into a peaceful haven where dreams are woven. Not just a portrait, but a piece of art that radiates love and wonder.

TL;DR: Transform your baby's photo into a Moon and Stars canvas portrait, ideal for nursery decor and a cherished keepsake for new parents. Perfect for first birthdays or christenings.

Which parents will adore this newborn celestial portrait?

This portrait is perfect for new parents wanting a unique piece for their nursery, or family members seeking a heartfelt gift for a baptism or first birthday. It's especially loved by those who appreciate a celestial or whimsical theme. If you're looking for a more traditional style, however, our Serene Cloud Cradle might be a better fit.

How does a moonlit fantasy come to life?

We start with your uploaded photo and use AI to seamlessly blend your newborn's face into our moonlit scene. Our artists refine every detail, from the twinkling stars to the soft lunar glow, ensuring the portrait captures your baby's essence perfectly. On rare occasions, about 1 in 12 attempts, we rework the blend for those moments where technology falters—perfection is our priority.

What makes this newborn portrait stand out in a galaxy of gifts?

While stock canvas prints offer generic designs, our Moon and Stars portrait is uniquely crafted per order, making it a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Each design is retired after a run to maintain exclusivity. Our quality sets us apart; unlike others, our moonlit scenes are printed on premium museum canvas, preserving the piece for generations.
