It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Baby's Night Sky Fantasy

For those looking to capture their newborn's first moments in a celestial wonderland, our Moon and Stars Portrait is a dreamy choice. Think of a softly lit nursery, where the gentle glow of the moon casts a magical aura.

This theme showcases your baby among twinkling stars, offering a serene and timeless keepsake that flatters any nursery backdrop. It's crafted with love for those who want to immortalize their infant's early days in a truly unique style.

TL;DR: This Newborn Moon and Stars Portrait is ideal for parents seeking a unique nursery decoration or a cherished gift for baby showers. The magical celestial theme makes it a captivating keepsake.

Which parents want a celestial keepsake for their newborn?

This portrait speaks to new parents dreaming of a whimsical nursery, grandparents seeking a unique gift that can grow with the child, and baby shower hosts aiming to dazzle with thoughtful presents. However, it might not resonate with those leaning towards modern, minimalistic designs.

How is a Newborn's Celestial Portrait created?

We start with your baby's photo, run it through our sophisticated AI for an initial celestial transformation, and then hand it to our expert artists for the final touch-ups. About 1 in 12 portraits require multiple AI iterations to get the dreamy look just right, ensuring your canvas is perfect.

Why is this celestial portrait different from a generic baby canvas?

Unlike other generic baby canvases, this portrait is truly one-of-a-kind. Each baby is nestled in their own uniquely generated moon and stars background, a setting that isn't reused, making your child's portrait exclusive and rare.
