It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Launch into Their Dream as a Moon Explorer

Ever wondered how it feels to walk on the moon? Our Moon Explorer Astronaut Custom Portrait offers a glimpse into that adventure by transforming your loved one into an astronaut hero, set against a tranquil lunar backdrop. Ideal for those who've always yearned for the stars.

This portrait captures the magic of space exploration, using striking shades of blues and greys to reflect the serene yet powerful atmosphere of the moon. It's a perfect fit for anyone with an adventurous spirit, celebrating the childlike wonder of space travel.

TL;DR: A unique custom portrait transforming anyone into a moon-exploring astronaut, perfect for birthdays or milestones of space-obsessed kids and adults.

Is this astronaut portrait the right pick for your space enthusiast?

This portrait is perfect for kids with space-themed bedrooms, budding astronomers, or adults who never stopped dreaming of the stars. If your recipient isn't captivated by space, this might not be the theme for them — consider our Whimsical Space Canvas instead for a softer appeal.

How do we craft your lunar adventure?

We start with your uploaded photo, using advanced AI to map facial features, ensuring a seamless blend with the astronaut theme. Our artists then personally enhance every detail by hand. Not every creation is perfect on the first try — about 1 in 12 portraits are reworked, maintaining our high quality standards before we print on museum-grade canvas.

Why settle for ordinary when you can be a Moon Explorer?

Unlike a standard print, our Moon Explorer Astronaut portrait goes beyond by personalizing your experience on the canvas. The face isn’t just generic — it’s uniquely yours, bringing personalization to a whole new level. We retire themes every 6 months to keep each edition rare and cherished.
