It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Family Moments Into Illustrated Art

Picture a canvas that uniquely captures your family's essence — that's what our Modern Illustrated Family Portraits do. With smooth textures and vibrant colors, this portrait becomes a contemporary masterpiece, elegantly blending photorealism with artistic flair.

Ideal as a personal tribute to your cherished family moments, these portraits bring sophistication and warmth to your home. The meticulously curated palette lets every detail shine under a modern light, offering a distinctive piece unlike any other.

TL;DR: Our Custom Modern Illustrated Family Portrait transforms photos into vibrant canvas artworks, perfect for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or family milestones.

Is this portrait the right fit for your family?

This portrait is ideal for families wanting to immortalize special moments with a fresh artistic twist. It's great for those who love contemporary decor styles, and it makes an unforgettable gift for parents or grandparents. However, if you're after a more traditional, classic family portrait, this modern style might not be for you.

Crafting your family portrait: how we do it

Your journey begins with uploading a cherished family photo. Our advanced AI does the initial transformation, then our artists refine each feature to ensure likeness and quality. Interestingly, around 1 in 12 initial AI-Swaps don't meet our standards, so we scrap and start fresh. The result is printed on high-quality canvas, ready to adorn your walls.

What sets this canvas apart from the rest?

Unlike generic prints, each piece is custom-made, ensuring your family's unique characteristics are celebrated. We retire themes after six months to maintain exclusivity. This isn't just a photo on canvas; it's a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
