It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Create a heartfelt family portrait on museum-quality canvas, perfect for celebrating milestones or everyday love. Ideal for family-centric homes embracing nostalgia.

Who Embraces This Custom Family Canvas?

This portrait is perfect for families looking to preserve their special moments in an artful way. It's a great choice for newly merged families embracing new chapters, grandparents celebrating anniversaries, or anyone who enjoys showcasing their close-knit kin. If you're expecting a highly stylized or abstract art piece, this may not be what you need.

What's the Craftsmanship Behind Your Family Portrait?

Simply upload your favorite family photo, and we'll transform it into a personalized canvas print. The process involves AI face-swap technology, followed by artist refinement for intricate detail. Approximately 1 in 12 generations aren't up to our stringent standards and are discarded to ensure high quality. All this culminates in a durable, museum-grade canvas piece that stands the test of time.

Why Choose This Canvas for Your Family Story?

Unlike typical family prints, this canvas celebrates the individuality of your family. Its exceptional quality and personalized touch set it apart from regular prints and posters. Moreover, we frequently retire themes to maintain their exclusivity, ensuring your piece remains rare and unique.
