It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Enter the Enchantment of a Midnight Gothic Ball

Imagine a portrait that captures the moody elegance of a Midnight Gothic Ball. Intricate lace, moody lighting, and a hint of mystery wrap around your family's likeness. We bring this world to life with rich textures and a dark palette that transforms any photo into a timeless masterpiece.

Whether it's for a family gathering or a unique anniversary gift, this portrait enchants the viewer, drawing them into a scene of gothic romance and otherworldly allure. And if you're looking for something similar with a haunting vibe, the Haunted Mansion Custom Portrait might just speak to your soul.

TL;DR: This portrait is a perfect fit for families who adore gothic romance and artful elegance, making it a unique gift for mystery lovers on special occasions.

Who's suited to star in a Gothic Ball portrait?

This portrait is a dream for families who find beauty in the mysterious — think Wednesday Addams-esque families or couples who thrive on gothic tales. Not ideal for those seeking lighthearted or whimsical themes, as it embraces a darker palette.

How do we create your Midnight Gothic portrait?

Your photo is transformed through a detailed face-swap via AI, followed by artistic refinements. Our head of production, Maya Chen, insists on discarding 1 in 12 drafts to ensure perfect facial alignment. It's not rushed; quality takes time.

Why choose a Midnight Gothic creation over generic options?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, each Midnight Gothic Ball portrait is a one-of-a-kind art piece. We retire themes like this every six months to maintain their exclusivity, ensuring yours remains truly unique — a rare privilege, much like our Moonlit Gothic Garden Portrait.
