It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Frequently asked questions

What if the photo quality is low?Use the clearest photo you have, with each face easy to see. Old prints work if the faces are clear: re-photograph or scan them flat, in good light.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. Nothing is printed until you approve the artwork. If something needs adjusting, write it in the order note and an artist adjusts it before printing. To try different photos, simply make a new free preview.
How many people can be in the scenes around her?Up to four photos reach the painting, hers included: her photo plus three more. A photo of two to four people counts as one per person, and one photo of five or more people is painted as one scene together. One photo per person gives the best likeness.
Do you ship internationally?Yes. Shipping options and the live delivery estimate for your country are shown at checkout, and the digital file is ready right after checkout.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
