It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace the Elegance of Medieval Majesty

Imagine the grandeur of a medieval manor — a richly embroidered tunic, opulent furs, and the noble air that comes with a lordly title. Our 'Medieval Lord Custom Portrait' whisks you away to this era, capturing your essence in regal splendor. Ideal for those who dream of ancient courts and romantics who cherish history.

The palette is a dance of deep burgundies and golds, with textures evoking the rough-hewn stone and velvety tapestries of a knight's hall. It's where personal legacy meets timeless artistry, appealing to those who appreciate both heritage and sophistication.

TL;DR: Transform photos into an enchanting Medieval Lord canvas, perfect for history buffs and those with a touch of noble aspiration.

Is a Medieval Portrait Your Perfect Match?

This portrait is a hit with those who fancy themselves as keepers of tradition and history buffs dreaming of courtly life. It's a go-to for dads who love medieval tales or newlyweds wanting to capture their aristocratic side. Honestly, if you're into modern minimalism, this might not be the piece for you.

How We Craft Your Noble Image

We begin with a beloved photo and apply innovative AI face-swapping to set a convincing foundation. Our artisans refine each piece, hand-finished to echo the medieval warmth you see with every brushstroke. Did you know? We discard about 1 in 12 generated faces to ensure your noble profile truly reigns.

Stand Out as a One-of-a-Kind Lord

Unlike mass-produced prints, this masterpiece is tailored exclusively — your face, your moment. More than a simple copy-paste, we introduce varying shades of medieval textures like none other, and we refresh themes every six months, retiring older versions to keep yours fresh and unique.
