It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Photos into Medieval Garden Serenity

Picture being enveloped by the lush flora of a medieval garden, where grace and tranquility meet elegance. Our Medieval Lady Garden Custom Portrait infuses your loved one's likeness into an iconic, historic setting — a celebration of timeless beauty.

This isn't just a canvas; it's an entry into an era where floral abundance was synonymous with romantic charm. Ideal for those who treasure artful settings and a touch of heritage in their gift selection.

TL;DR: The Medieval Lady Garden Custom Portrait adorns loved ones in a serene garden setting, perfect for those who cherish elegance and history, especially on cherished occasions like anniversaries or Mother's Day.

Who shines best in a medieval garden?

This portrait finds its home with those captivated by stories of yore — think mothers, wives, or girlfriends enamored by historical drama's visual appeal. If you've seen her linger in front of classic art, this might just be perfect. Be cautious though — might not resonate with fans of minimalism or modern art.

Steps to achieve medieval magic

We start with your photo and transform it using advanced AI face-swapping technology. The likeness is then refined by our skilled artists into an artistic portrait. Our head of production, Maya, admits we discard about 1 in 12 generations to ensure perfection, particularly with face alignment and expression.

What sets our medieval garden portraits apart?

Unlike typical canvas prints, this portrait ensures you're not left with an off-the-shelf experience. It enlists the grandeur of a medieval backdrop, making every piece entirely yours. We even retire themes like these after a limited run to maintain their exclusivity.
