It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Ride into the medieval era with a personalized Knight on Horseback Canvas Portrait, perfect for history enthusiasts or as a unique heroic gift.

Who Commands A Medieval Knight’s Valor?

Our Medieval Knight Portrait suits history enthusiasts, fans of King Arthur lore, and those who admire the valor of a bygone era. Ideal for those over 30 who wish to see themselves as armored champions—or for those seeking a distinctive gift. If your loved one prefers modern settings, steer them to our Young Royal Cavalier Portrait for a fresher appeal.

Embarking on Your Knightly Transformation

We start with your uploaded photo, using advanced AI face-swap technology to place it into the knightly setting. Our artists refine every detail, ensuring that about 1 in 12 generations are redone to capture that perfect heroic gaze. The final piece is printed on museum-quality canvas for a lasting impact.

What Elevates This Knight Portrait Beyond the Ordinary?

Unlike generic prints, this portrait isn’t just a decoration—it’s a gateway to a medieval fantasy where your loved one takes center stage. We retire each theme after six months, maintaining its exclusivity. This personal touch creates an emotional connection that mass-produced art simply can't offer.
