It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Love into an Ocean Dreamscape

Step into a world beneath the waves with our Mermaid & Merman Custom Portrait. This piece sweeps you into an underwater paradise filled with vibrant coral and glowing treasures. Imagine yourselves adorned in pearls and scales, where every ripple of the ocean reflects the depths of your bond.

Adorned with a shimmering shell crown and a powerful tail, you become the kings and queens of the sea. Whether for an anniversary or just for magic’s sake, this art piece turns your photos into an eternal aquatic embrace, perfect for fantasy lovers and ocean dreamers.

TL;DR: A stunning custom portrait featuring you as a mermaid and merman duo, set in an enchanting underwater scene. Ideal for couples who cherish fantasy and oceanic wonder, perfect for anniversaries or any whimsical occasion.

Is this mermaid canvas your ultimate fantasy?

This mesmerizing portrait is an ideal gift for couples who revel in fantasy escapades or simply adore the oceanic wonder. Perfect for anniversaries or birthdays, it's a delight for those who appreciate vibrant storytelling. However, if someone in your life isn't into mythical aesthetics, this might not dazzle them.

How does the oceanic magic happen?

Your photo is the start; we work our magic by swapping faces using an AI model to ensure a perfect fit. Then our artists refine every detail, discarding about 1 in 12 generations to get it just right. The final masterpiece is captured on museum-quality canvas, ready to glow in your space.

Why is this aquatic canvas one-of-a-kind?

This isn't a mass-produced fantasy print. Unlike generic options, your face and essence become the soul of this portrait. With themes updated every six months, your piece remains as rare and cherished as the lore it depicts.
