It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family's Business Legacy

Imagine the charm of a simpler time, captured in a portrait that tells the story of your family's enterprise on Main Street. The vintage ambiance, with its muted hues and classic appeal, invites you to reminisce and celebrate the history that shaped who you are today.

This themed portrait stands out with its American traditional palette, creating a warm homage to small-town ingenuity and family entrepreneurship. It flatters those who cherish lineage and legacy, perfectly suited for homes with a taste for nostalgia and meaningful storytelling.

TL;DR: The Main Street Hardware Custom Portrait is crafted for families who own small businesses, celebrating their rich legacy. Ideal for occasions like anniversaries or Father’s Day, it becomes a timeless keepsake.

Who cherishes a Family Business portrait?

This portrait suits family-driven entrepreneurs, especially those who have nurtured a business for generations. It resonates deeply with those running a Main Street store or workshop, reflecting small-town charm and legacy. However, if you're looking for sleek, modern decor, this might not be your go-to.

How is the perfect nostalgic portrait crafted?

Start by uploading a treasured family photo reflecting your business journey. We create a free, personalized preview—no commitment needed. Once reviewed, choose the perfect format for your portrait. It's that simple.

Why choose this over a generic business portrait?

Unlike typical portraits, this one immerses you in the world of small-town legacy. Its focus on the familial bonds within business ownership tells a richer story, making it more than just a decoration—it's a testament to enduring craftsmanship and unity.
